this helps me personally understanding the commission in a listed format, and will only accept if completely filled or given all the proper information needed without using the form. i will not bring this up unless need to.✦ I WILL BE SENDING IN A SKETCH FOR APPROVAL TO YOU BEFORE I CONTINUE ON YOUR COMMISSION.
YOU HAVE THE opportunity TO CHANGE ANYTHING WITHIN THE SKETCH WHEN IT IS SENT before i go ahead and finish it. YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR ANY FURTHER CHANGES and / or additions [charges vary $1 - $20]. I accept one free character change if im still in the sketching change. more than once character change will be charged [charges vary $3-$15].✦ i charge for extra edits or additions after the product is finished.
however, this charge does not apply if i was the one who forgot an obvious or specifically noted detail.✦ can only order THREE COMMISSIONS AT A TIME.
THIS IS TO prevent for me from GETTING OVERWHELMED, BUT IF THE ORDER ARE CHIBIS THERE ARE NO CURRENT LIMITS when ordering. however, please ASK if beforehand ORDERING A LARGE BATCH to ensure i have time or if my queue is cleared or short.✦ I PREFER CLEAN DIGITAL REF SHEETS.
MEANING NO COLOR OR CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS, A COMPLETE SKETCHY, A SHADING MESS, OR A HEAVY WATERMARK THAT IS IN THE WAY. IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOUR REF IS UNDERSTANDABLE, PLEASE let me know.
